href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/sunday-brunch\/\">Sunday Brunch after 13 years<\/a> and fans are already loving his replacement.<\/p>\n<p>The 57-year-old presenter announced he would be taking a break from the Sunday food and talk show, which he has starred on since 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Long-time co-host Simon Rimmer will instead be joined by a fresh-faced TV star who is already being praised for bringing some ‘feminine energy’.<\/p>\n<p>Reality TV icon, <a data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/radio\/\">radio<\/a> presenter and beloved <a data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/geordie-shore\/\">Geordie Shore<\/a> legend, <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/vicky-pattison\/\">Vicky Pattison<\/a>, is taking on the job.<\/p>\n<p>She rocked a slicked-back ponytail and a yellow button-up dress for her first day as official co-host, beaming as she stepped up to the challenge.<\/p>\n<p>After dancing during the intro, Vicky, 37, declared she was so excited to be hosting, she was ‘buzzing like an old fridge’.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img-container shareable-item announced the news, days before her debut.<\/p>\n<p>She continued: ‘As a long time friend of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/sundaybrunchc4\/?hl=en\">@sundaybrunchc4<\/a> it is an absolute HONOUR to be wearing a slightly different hat this week! You\u2019re gonna have a right laugh with our Rimmer! \ud83d\ude0d\ud83d\ude0d.’<\/p>\n<p>Over on X, her first appearance gained a fair amount of praise with SpiritWalkTalk saying: ‘Joke about Vicki all you want, but its good to have some feminine energy co-presenting and female POV on the sofa while chatting with the guests.’<\/p>\n<p>TashaConnor shared: ‘Haters going to hate but I am loving @VickyPattison on Sunday Brunch! accent.<\/p>\n<p>Many complaints came from those upset that Rosie Jones was also on the show, which the comedian has regularly responded to.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, when <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2024\/05\/31\/rosie-jones-hits-back-taskmaster-trolls-incredibly-thought-out-response-20950207\/\">she was announced for Taskmaster<\/a>, Rosie’s not-so-subtle reply was
